Custom Badges & Pins

Minimums run from 25 on some lines to 500 on PVC badge cards, with the typical line set at 250. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Tin button badges start from $0.09 ex-GST at 250 units for the smallest size, with larger buttons from $0.13. Die-struck enamel and epoxy metal pins sit higher, and the whole collection spans $0.09 to $6 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

For photographs, gradients or many colours, a full-colour digital print under film (tin button) or under an epoxy dome (metal) keeps every tone. For a flat logo with solid colours, die-struck enamel gives crisp raised metal lines between the fills and outlasts any print. Shaped acrylic suits mascots and unusual outlines.

Tin buttons run from a 25mm lapel size up to 100mm statement badges, each with a pin back. Die-struck metal pins typically use a butterfly clutch; other fittings are listed on each product page. PVC badge cards print on both sides for lanyards and clips.

Standard production runs ten to twenty business days after proof approval. The window depends on the line and the construction, so tell us your date when you enquire and we will confirm what fits before you commit. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off the proof.

Every order. You receive a digital proof with your logo at actual size on the chosen badge, showing colour calls, plating finish and pin position, and nothing is struck or printed until you approve it. Small type and thin lines are flagged at this stage so they can be thickened before the tooling is cut.
