Custom Reusable Coffee Cups

Most reusable cups start at 50 units. One line, the Classic Express cup with its debossed silicone band, can be ordered from 1, which suits a trial before a larger run. Compostable paper cups are the other end: they run from 1000. Each product page shows its own figure, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

The from-price is the paper cup: compostable, single-use, and $0.70 ex-GST at 1000 units. Reusables start higher. The Classic Express cup with a debossed silicone band is $3.35 per unit, bamboo-fibre cups sit around $3.75, and glass and ceramic-lined cups cost more again. Across the range, expect $0.70 to $24 AUD per unit.

A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front. It sits as its own line beside the unit price, so a paper cup and a glass cup can be compared honestly. A second colour or print position may carry its own setup, so ask for both to be quoted before you approve the proof.

It depends on the surface. Bamboo-fibre and glass cups are pad or screen printed in one or two colours, which suits a wordmark or a simple emblem. Compostable paper cups take a full-colour digital print, so gradients and photographs work. Cork bands can be laser engraved, and the Classic Express cup carries its logo debossed into the silicone band.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. The clock starts when you sign off the digital proof, not when you first enquire, so having final artwork ready is the easiest way to save time. On every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen cup, with print position and colour calls marked, and for the curved wall of a bamboo or glass cup a note on how the mark sits when the cup is held. Nothing is printed, engraved or debossed until you approve it.
