Most puzzle lines start at 50 units, and the median minimum across the range is also 50. The two lowest-priced lines, the sliding tile puzzle and the ABS photo puzzle, run from 250. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Sliding tile puzzles start from $1.15 ex-GST at 250 units. A full-colour jigsaw sits around $1.91 and a fidget puzzle ball around $4.13 at their own minimums, and basswood model kits start near $5.79 per unit. The range runs $1.15 to $11 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

It depends on the surface. Sliding tile, photo and jigsaw puzzles take full-colour digital print, so a photograph or a map works as well as a logo. Fidget puzzle balls and spinners carry a pad-printed logo on a flat panel. Basswood model kits and wooden brain teasers are laser engraved, which reads cleanly on timber.

They are laser-cut basswood sheets. The pieces punch out and slot together into a kangaroo, koala, crocodile, kiwi, shark, brachiosaurus, forklift or mining truck. Your logo is laser engraved on the kit, and because the sheets are flat they pack into a conference bag or mailer.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. That covers printed puzzles and engraved basswood kits alike. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before anything is printed or cut.

Yes, on every order. You receive a digital proof with your artwork placed at actual size on the chosen puzzle, including print position, colour references and, for model kits, the engraving position. Nothing is printed, cut or engraved until you sign it off, and small pieces are where a crowded logo shows first.
