Custom Cork Products

Most cork lines start at 50 or 100 units, and roughly a third of the range runs from 50. A few volume items, such as the corkscrew bottle openers and the cork yoga mat, start at 500. The minimum sits on every product page and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Single cork coasters start from $0.85 ex-GST at 250 units. Coaster sets and cork ballpoint pens sit in the low single figures per unit, notebooks, compendiums and cork-lidded drink bottles cost more, and the range runs up to $48 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Laser engraving is the usual method. The beam scorches the surface a shade darker, so the logo sits in the cork itself rather than on it and cannot rub off. Flat coasters also take a one- or two-colour screen or pad print for brand colours. Fine lines soften in cork's speckle, so bold marks read most clearly.

Anything in the catalogue with cork in its name: coasters and coaster sets, notebooks and compendiums, ballpoint pens, a mouse mat, luggage tags, floating keyrings and pencil cases, plus drink bottles, glass cups and vacuum mugs with cork lids, bands or bases. Corkscrews appear for the same reason, which suits a wine or hospitality order.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. A few lines carry a longer lead time, which is shown on the product page. Tell us the date you need them when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before anything is committed.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen item, with the engraving or print area marked and any colour calls noted. Nothing runs until you sign off the proof, and that is the moment to thicken a fine line or shift the position.
