Custom Socks

Minimums run from 50 to 500 pairs, typically 100. Dress socks and grip socks start at 100, while the jacquard knitted styles need a longer run because the pattern is set up on the knitting machine for each design. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

Jacquard knitted ankle socks start from $5.97 ex-GST at 250 units. Dress socks and grip socks come in from $6.13 at 100 units, the quarter-length jacquard from $6.24, and bamboo socks with a jacquard weave from $6.46 at 250 units. The range runs $5.97 to $14 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Mostly it is knitted in. A jacquard knit builds the design into the sock from coloured yarns, so the logo is part of the fabric rather than sitting on it, and it lasts as long as the sock does. Dress socks can take a small embroidered mark at the cuff, and seamless styles carry full-colour sublimation for all-over artwork.

They are one of the few giveaways people put on the next morning. For a conference, a crew sock in a colour keyed to the event goes into the delegate bag and shows up in photos all week. For staff, a cotton dress sock in a welcome pack or end-of-year gift reads as considered rather than cheap.

Standard production runs twenty to twenty-five business days after proof approval. Knitted socks are made to order, with the pattern set up on the machine for each design, which is why the run is longer than for a printed item. Name the date you need them when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing the logo at actual size on the chosen sock, with the yarn colours, position and any embroidery marked, and nothing is knitted or printed until you sign it off.
