Custom Silicone Products

Minimums range from 1 on a few stocked cup and bottle lines to 5000 on one line of moulded rings, with the typical line set at 250. Printed wristbands start at 100. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Printed silicone wristbands start from $0.39 ex-GST at 100 units. Glow-in-the-dark and embossed bands sit from $0.47 and $0.52 at larger runs, and moulded finger rings from $0.54. The whole collection spans $0.39 to $20 AUD per unit. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Screen print is the quicker, cheaper route and carries multi-colour logos, which suits a one-off event where the band is worn for a weekend. Embossing raises the lettering and debossing sinks it into the band, so the mark reads for as long as the band is worn: right for clubs, memberships and season-long campaigns.

Finger rings and pop toys for kids' giveaways, phone wallets, reusable drink straws, can lids, jar openers and storage pouches for kitchens and cafes, strap key tags, swim caps, collapsible pet bowls, and bottles and reusable cups with a silicone sleeve. The collection gathers everything made in silicone, so the grid spans several product types rather than one.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval; stocked lines with a standard print can dispatch in as little as three business days. The window depends on the line and the method, so tell us your date when you enquire and we will confirm what fits. Nothing is made until you sign off the proof.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen item, with print or emboss position, colour calls and band size, and nothing goes into the mould or onto the press until you sign it off. Fine type and thin lines are flagged at this stage so they can be thickened.
