Custom Coasters

Minimums start at 50 units on a handful of lines, with 100 the typical figure; the single cork and frosted glass coasters run from 250. The minimum is listed on every product page, and the unit price steps down as the quantity rises.

Single cork coasters start from $0.85 ex-GST at 250 units. The noughts and crosses game set sits around $1.85 and a cork set of four around $2.18 per unit; across the collection the spread is $0.85 to $9 AUD per unit, with boxed glass sets at the upper end. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Cork takes a one- or two-colour screen print, the economical route at volume. Bamboo is laser engraved, so the mark sits in the grain rather than on it, or pad printed for a colour logo. Glass is engraved or pad printed, and the frosted clear coaster carries a full-colour print on the reverse that reads through the glass.

Both. Cork and frosted glass coasters can be ordered as singles for venues and mail-outs, while most bamboo and glass lines are sold as sets, in a ceramic holder, with a hidden bottle opener, or in a presentation sleeve or box. Sets read as a gift; singles work by the carton.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. Count from the day you approve the digital proof rather than the day you enquire, and have final artwork ready; that is where most time is saved. Tell us your deadline up front and we will say what is achievable before you commit.

Every order. You receive a digital proof with your logo at actual size on the chosen coaster, position marked and colours called out, and for engraved bamboo or glass a note on how the mark will read against the material. Nothing is cut, printed or engraved until you approve it.
