Custom Wooden Products

Minimums run from a single unit on a couple of lines up to 5000 on the bulk wooden fans; the median across the range is 50. Golf tees and pencils are volume items, while boards, keyrings, games and model kits are priced in far smaller runs. The minimum is shown on every product page.

Wooden golf tees start at $0.18 ex-GST per unit at 1000 units, natural wood pencils from $0.44 and classic maple golf tees from $0.80. Engraved boards, grinder sets and games sit higher, and the range reaches about $38 per unit for an acacia pizza board and cutter set. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Laser engraving for anything that will be kept: boards, coasters, keyrings, pens and model-kit panels. It burns the mark into the grain, so it cannot chip or fade, and reads as toasted brown, not a brand colour. For a colour logo, pad or screen print on tees, pencils and rulers, or a full-colour digital print on a flat panel.

Flat sheets of laser-cut basswood that press out and slot together into a dinosaur, truck, excavator, kangaroo or koala, with a panel for your logo. Building one takes a while, which is the point: the brand is handled through the build and stands on a desk or shelf. Vehicle kits suit mining and construction brands; the animals suit tourism.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval, depending on the line and the branding method. Tell us your date when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit. Signing off the proof promptly is the one part of the timeline that sits with you.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen item, with the engraving or print position marked and colour calls where print applies. Nothing runs until you sign it off, and changes to size or placement are easiest to make at that stage.
