Custom-decorated or overseas-sourced campaigns run 3–6 weeks depending on branding method, quantity and approvals. Supply-chain and material documentation is available on request for ESG-aligned procurement (government, universities, ASX-listed). Carbon-offset shipping is standard, not an upsell.

Every order. A digital proof showing your logo on the product, decoration position, Pantone calls and any substrate-specific notes goes to you for written approval before anything is decorated. For larger campaigns we can also dispatch a blank pre-production sample so your team can check feel and finish. Nothing goes to print until you sign off — full stop.
